In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, phzz may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where funds are deemed to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, they will not be returned.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting phzz support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
